Messias - Messias e a Musica de Chico Buarque de Hollanda (1967)

This is a non-planned post, not supposed to be released today, but I could not keep waiting longer. I cannot remember by heart a similar acclamation received by the first Messias LP, Messias - O Melhor de Antonio Carlos Jobim Interpretado por Messias (1968), a fantastic contribution of Caetano Rodrigues. The effort made to bring more information about Messias by Loronixers was also great, now we know much more and there is more to come, if you check Bossa On-Line you will see several obscure Messias albums that are not that easy to find and were probably released in Japan.

This is Messias - Messias e a Musica de Chico Buarque de Hollanda (1967), for RCA Victor, Messias debut LP. By the cover artwork, Messias had probably teamed with Chico Buarque for the recording session. This album is the outcome of the collaboration between Loronix and Microgrooves of Simon Boutman, which I want to say thanks for making available his music to our community. Tracks include:
